Named after wheat baron Thomas Law Reed, Reedley is known as "The World's Fruit Basket" because more fresh fruit is grown and shipped from here than any other place in the world! With the Kings River flowing through its center, Reedley is a vibrant city and is a popular stop for both national and international tourists visiting Kings Canyon and Sequoia National Parks.
