Designed for high school and college students (ages 15-20), this leadership program is all about promoting the community and fostering the enhancement of our region through education, networking, and advocacy.
Mission of the Junior Board
Our mission is to empower students to become leaders who can sustain and improve Reedley, and the local region. Students will learn how to make positive changes in their schools, neighborhoods, and community.
What Do Junior Board Members Do?
• Explore Reedley: Dive deep into our community, discovering the businesses and organizations that make it thrive.
• Develop Skills: Gain expertise in conducting meetings, outreach, public speaking, and group decision-making.
• Lead Projects: Create, manage, and implement exciting projects that benefit the community.
Benefits of Being a Junior Board Member
• Quality Experience: Participate in a well-organized and focused volunteer program.
• Collaboration: Work closely with local businesses, city government, and community organizations.
• Leadership: Learn to both lead and follow to drive community betterment.
• Ambassadorship: Represent the Reedley Chamber with pride.

• Students aged 15-20 who live or attend school in Reedley or surrounding communities.

• Application period opens at the end of each school year.
